Rawnola (the BEST no bake granola)
This is a recipe that I found through a woman I follow on Instagram (Loni Jane). Its a staple in my house for breakfast or dessert. The best part about it is that it's healthy, easy, and only 4 ingredients. :D

I typically eat this rawnola with some almond or coconut milk and berries or jam but have definitely put it over yogurt or ice cream :)
Okay so lets get to the recipe:
2 Cups Pitted Dates
2 Cups Rolled Oats
2 Cups Shredded Coconut
2 Tbs Maple Syrup (optional)
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend! You want all of the ingredients to start to stick together.
I typically make double of this recipe and store it in my fridge. It'll stay for 2 weeks but I doubt it'll last that long. :)
